Some Arameans today identify themselves with “Assyrians”, because of the spiritual colonial hate generating activities of the Western missionaries and diplomats in the Middle-East in 16th and 19th centuries. Other Arameans became known as “Chaldeans”. However all of them are Arameans.In Turkey, the Arameans are called: Süryani. In Arabic they are called Al- Suryan.

Also a Syrian Organisation is added to the terror list of the Supreme Court

This year also a Syrian organisation has been added to the list of terrorist organisations prepared by the Supreme Court. Called “Beyth Nahrin National Liberation Army”, the organisation has planned armed conflict for the realisation of the independent Syrian state, is said.

The so far unknown Syrian organisation has been added to the list of terrorist organisations prepared by the Supreme Court. The named “Beyth Nahrin National liberation army” is one of the in total 86 organisations which threatens the unity of Turkey, and consist of various Syrians, has entered the list of the Supreme Court and captured a pace within the National Political Security file. The organisation has announced the beginning of armed struggle for the liberation of independent Syrian state between Turkey and Iraq. The meaning of “Beyth el Nahreyn” is the home between the two rivers. With this, the geography between Euphrates and Tigris, is meant, the south, that is to say the southern Mesopotamia. According to the information of the intelligence agency, the Syrians consider this area as their motherland. According Beyth Nahreyn, their motherland is occupied and wants to liberate the motherland by armed struggle. The list prepared by the Judges of the Supreme Court contains 85 organisations, such as PKK, Hezbollah, DHKP/C, TIKKO, TKP/ML. As it is clear from the combined reports of the Police, the General Secret Service and the gendarmerie that fight against terror, at the end of this list Beyth Nahreyn has been added. Past year, seminars were organised by the general head of gendarmerie in southeast providing information about the organisation. At this moment the Syrians are Divided between Turkey and Iraq. In Turkey, they live in the city of Mardin, Midyat, Nusaybin and Idil and few cities in the surroundings. In Iraq, the Syrians are living in the area controlled by Barzani and in Kirkuk. The two important events which have contributed to the weakening of Beyth Nahreyn the capture of the leader of the separatist terrorist organisation PKK, Abdullah Ocalan and the collapse of the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. The Syrian organisation striving for independency became active in the 90ties. The armed military struggle established by the Syrians became for the first time active in 2003. Before this date, during a long period activities were organised under leadership of PKK, as it is evident from the reports of Beyth Nahreyn Patriotic Revolutionary Party, the first activity in Europe was organised on 24^th of July 2000 when in Lausanne a they occupied a governmental building. According to the evidences of Secret forces, the foundation of Beyth Nahreyn was led by ADO. ADO became active in 1990. In 1993, ADO made a covenant with the PKK and under leadership of PKK they participated in many activities. The Syrian group, has gained name within PKK as most bloody (which made many martyrs among the Turkish soldiers such as cutting of their organs) and ruthless terrorists. A important part of captured uncircumcised terrorists during operations and being considered as Armenians, later turned out to be Syrians. In the time of PKK they changed their name from ADO to Beyth Nahreyn Patriotic Revolutionary Party, and started to separated from the PKK after the capture of Ocalan. After the separation from the PKK, they were called Beyth Nahreyn Freedom Party. In the past, the Syrian armed organisation strongly was supported by the Syrians living in London with the continuation of the described group. In 2004, people were signed up and preparation were made and with the foundation was led for “Beyth Nahreyn”; after finishing all this; the planned liberation of the fatherland between turkey and Iraq would start and the establishment of a independent state; according to the plan.

Yargıtay'ın terör listesine Süryani örgüt de girdi

Yargıtay'ın hazırladığı terör örgütleri listesine bu yıl bir Süryani örgütü de girdi. "Beyth Nahrin Ulusal Kurtuluş Ordusu" adını taşıyan örgütün, bağımsız bir Süryani devleti kurulması için silahlı mücadele planladığı belirtiliyor.

Yargıtay'ın hazırladığı 'terör örgütleri listesi'ne pek bilinmeyen bir Süryani örgüt de eklendi. Türkiye bütünlüğünü tehdit eden 86. örgüt olarak Yargıtay listesine giren "Beyth Nahrin Ulusal Kurtuluş Ordusu" isimli ve bazı Süryanilerden oluşan terör örgütü, Milli Güvenlik Siyaset Belgesi'nde yer aldı. Örgütün, Türkiye ve Irak arasında bağımsız Süryani devleti kurulması için silahlı mücadele başlatmayı planladığı belirtiliyor. "Beyth el Nahreyn" terimi, "iki ırmak arasındaki ev" anlamına geliyor. Bununla da Fırat ve Dicle arasında kalan coğrafyanın kuzeyi, yani Kuzey Mezopotamya kastediliyor. İstihbarat kaynaklarına göre, Süryaniler bu bölgeyi anavatan kabul ediyor. Beyth Nahrin ise anavatanın işgal altında tutulduğu ve silahlı mücadeleyle anavatanın kurtarılmasını hedefliyor. Yargıtay hakimlerinin hazırladığı listede PKK, Hizbullah, DHKP/C, TİKKO, TKP/ML gibi bildik 85 örgüt bulunuyor. Emniyet, MİT ve Jandarma'nın Terörle Mücadele birimlerince gönderilen raporlara dayanarak sürekli güncellenen listenin sonuna bu yıl Beyth Nahrin örgütü eklendi. Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı geçen yıl, Güneydoğu'daki birimlerinde örgüt hakkında seminerler vermişti. Süryaniler, Türkiye ve Irak arasında bölünmüş durumda. Türkiye'de Mardin kent merkezi, Midyat, Nusaybin ve İdil ile birkaç çevre köyde yaşıyor. Irak Süryanileri ise Barzani'nin kontrolündeki bölgelerde ve Kerkük'te bulunuyor. Beyth Nahrin oluşumunu tetikleyen iki önemli olay, bölücü terör örgütü PKK'nın lideri Abdullah Öcalan'ın yakalanması ve Irak'ın lideri Saddam Hüseyin'in iktidardan düşmesi oldu. Bağımsızlık isteğine yönelik kurulan Süryani örgütleri sayısında 1990'lı yıllarla birlikte bir artış gözlendi. Süryanilerin silahlı mücadeleyi savunan kesimlerince kurulan örgüt ilk kez 2003'te ortaya çıktı. Daha önce PKK'nın bünyesinde uzun zaman silahlı eylemler yapmış Beyth Nahrin Yurtsever Devrimci örgütünün bulunduğu belirtilen raporlarda, örgütün Avrupa'daki ilk eylemini 24 Temmuz 2000'de Lozan'da hükümet konağını işgal ederek gerçekleştirdiği ifade ediliyor. Güvenlik güçlerinin tespitlerine göre, Beyth Nahrin'in temelini ADO örgütü oluşturuyor. ADO, 1990 yılında ortaya çıktı. 1993'te PKK ile anlaşma yapıp, PKK'nın bünyesine girerek birçok eyleme katıldı. Bu Süryani grup, PKK içindeki en kanlı, (şehit ettikleri Türk askerlerin organlarını kesmek gibi) en acımasız teröristler olarak nam salmıştı. Operasyonlarda ölü ele geçirilen ve Ermeni olduğu sanılan sünnetsiz teröristlerin önemli kısmının Süryani olduğu belirtiliyor. PKK bünyesinde bulundukları zaman içinde isim değiştirip ADO yerine Beyth Nahrin Yurtsever Devrimci Örgütü adını alan örgütün, Öcalan'ın yakalanmasıyla PKK'dan ayrılma süreci de başladı. PKK'dan kopuş sürecinde bu kez Beyth Nahrin Özgürlük Partisi adını aldı. Daha önceki Süryani silahlı örgütünün devamı niteliğindeki grubun kurulmasında Londra'da yaşayan Süryani milliyetçilerinin büyük desteği oldu. 2004'te teşkilatlanmaya ve eleman edinmeye, yetiştirmeye başlayan ve "Beyth el Nahreyn" inanışını esas alan örgüt, yapılanmayı tamamladığında, Türkiye ve Irak arasında paylaşılmış anavatanın kurtarılması ve bağımsız bir Süryani devleti kurulması için silahlı mücadele başlatmayı planladığı ifade ediliyor.
